The apartment is on the 4th floor and top floor, very sunny with open views, the area is green with canals and shops nearby. Public transports are very good (day and night buses, metro, trains), near town centre and airport. There is a television, a printer, 2 bikes in the garage, unlimited Internet connection and a telephone landline already set up. The rent is 900€/month bills included. Would prefer non smokers.
