I'll prefer to shift on january 1, 2008. My office is at Dar Deefa El Gawwy St. (Off Nozha St.). So I need an apartment in Heeliopolis and within 10 mins driving time. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom-1 living room- kitchen furnished flat. Doesn't need to be a museum, as most of the flats are. TV, Fridge, Microwave, AC in both bed rooms and living room, Room heater, kitchen utensils, gas-oven and washing machine (preferably fully automatic, but not must) are must. It doesn't need to be on a main street, but should have space on the adjacent road to park car. The aprtment should not be on the topmost floor of the building (cannot live in summer). If the flat is beyong 3rd floor, then there should be lift. I'll also need a DSL connection (on extra payment) - so apartments with existing DSL connections will be preferred, though not necessary. My friends (both local and from India)/girl friend might visit my apartment sometime. The owner should have no objection to that. This will be a long-term stay.
